Pretty tired first run since the cycle tour. I just kept on going.
I was persist since i wanted to get it over with

Running from the shed to the jetty and return.
It was longer so it was a lot harder since it was 2 more kilometers from the friday run.
I felt like I should have stopped.
First 5.5km run so it was no difference.
I will probaly run down the hills faster.

Since i was leader today I only went and got the paper at the shops

It felt easier than when i did it on saturday since i beat my time
I felt tired during the whole run
1.50 minutes better
I will beat this time again next 5.5km run

This work was very tiring and fast.

Beach Walk
It felt good to have a beach walk after the 7.5km the day before to recover from it.

It felt better than the first run since it felt quicker
I felt tired only near the end of the run for the last 500m
A excellent improvement of 4 minutes which shows that my running is improving
There is one more 3.4km in that run i hope to beat this time and beat 20 minutes

It felt harder today since it has been running daily
I felt tired during the middle of the run
A good improvement of 50 seconds
I hope to improve this time again in the next 5.5km run

We worked on our upperbody doing chinups, pushups and rock wall climbing
This felt easier than doing distance running

Running from Hardwicke Bay to the Shed
I felt tired at the start of the run before the 3.4km mark which was the sand dunes. I still had to put up with it but when i got past the sanddunes and saw the Wambana campus getting larger it made me fell like I was almost back and this was what inspired me to keep on going in the mid section and the end of the run. I did not enjoy the dirt road at the since it is so soft it is very hard to run on. I felt that I did the best I could so I am pleased with my time. I am in the third Quatieral. I came 18th out of 19. I felt very good after this run and felt like I had achieved something I had never done before.
WOW that is a lot of running - good on you! Dad is going to look after Josh and Sid on saturday morning while I go to an exercise class. I hope I will find it easier this time than I did last time!

Louise is game letting Dad babysit ! Hope he remembers they are there.....especially if the phone rings. I am looking forward to seeing your latest running times. Good that you are trying to improve.

ReplyDeleteI am very impressed with those running distances. You must be getting much fitter with all of that training. You would certainly put me to shame. I am feeling a bit sore after my exercise on saturday (still!)
